  Had a good time at the float house rental, nice change of pace for us. Well equiped with all necesseties. Should have a deck ladder to get out of the water after jumping off the back deck.

  Very nice time. one of the few places I would seriously consider again. Quiet, everything that was expected to be available and more. It felt like whoever was in charge, wanted us to be comfortable and have agood time.

  The place was very quiet and calm. Having a box fan was a great addition to keeping the place cool. I wish the dock/walkway was fixed. Many of the boards were in bad shape. Most of the amenities were good. I had to buy a couple new pots and pans for my stay as the ones provided were in poor shape. Overall, this was our second time there and we would visit again.

• The floating house was adorable. Everything was clean, it was decorated so cute. Loved all the books in the niches of the house.

  We loved our stay! We would have liked some more information left at the house, like where to eat, etc.
  Also, there was a big sign that said no swimming or fishing, but talking to the "locals" we were able to find out that it was okay if we were staying there - it was just a little weird because that was part of our plan and we didn't know at first if we could. Also, there were kayaks but no paddles...borrowed them from the neighbors. There were life jackets, but not in good shape. No one said don't use the kayaks, so we did. A vacuum cleaner would have been great as well.
  Altogether an awesome time!

  We loved the floathome! Jumping in the lake from the front or back door was great! We enjoyed the restaurants in Bayview. We wished there was a ladder to climb out of the lake onto our porch. Would definately stay again!

  4 days of warm and sunny, 4 nights of fun, food and laughter. Lots to see and do in the area. A vacation lifestyle worth experiencing! Loved the location, the home and its decor, the ducks and geese. As mentioned in conversation, a ladder off the back gate would be a welcome addition to the home.

  The only areas I would suggest for improvement is better pots/pans for cooking and additional dishes/silverware. I had to run the dishwasher a lot just to have enough for the next meal which is a waste of energy. Just buying another set would save a lot in electricity costs. Also, it got pretty hot the last two days and with no air conditioner, it was pretty uncomfortable in the house. However, we loved the house and Laura was great. We had a good time.

  We had the most relaxing holiday in a great small town of Bayview. The float house was all we could hope for, our children loved the fact they could swim out the back door. We were 15 minutes from silverwood and right in between Sandpoint and CDA. But
  had a peaceful setting. Neighbors were great and helpful.
