  Difficult to contact NIPS. Always got put on hold for long periods of time, left messages, then didn't get called back

  The property manager we dealt with on this unit was almost impossible to get a hold of by phone as we had several questions on the property after booking the unit. We could not get her to return any of our phone calls. The marina where the home is located at is in need of some major work and the docks are in pretty tough shape. I would recommend traveling a little farther down the road and book a house in "Hope", that is where we will be going next year.
